Some may well think that ideal weight charts are as broad as they are long, but whichever way you choose to think about it, they are drawn up of so many many years of medical facts and scientific research and much of it possibly derived from those medical facts and circumstances and of course the many many years that scientists and physicians, GPs nurses, practitioners etc put in and genuinely to do their very best to make sure that survival basically has a better chance.

Some have different reasons and sometimes desires, wants and achievement aims and aspirations that are known to them only or to those whom they trust which can i think make them want to push boundaries (personal ones), to go that extra mile, to land on the moon.
Essentially though the charts are guidelines. Too far above the guideline could potentially be harmful and too far below too.
